Good to know
- Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. During busy periods processing may take a little longer — we'll email you if your order is affected.
- Delivery times are estimates and can vary with customs and local postal services.
- Some countries (e.g. Canada, Brazil) may charge import duties or taxes. These are paid by the buyer and are not included in your order total.
- Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address or because it wasn't collected (pickup points hold parcels for up to 7 days), a redelivery fee of €5 or the original shipping cost, whichever is higher, may apply.
