These Terms apply when you use the Metabolae website or buy from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them, along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.
1. Using our store
- You must be of legal age in your place of residence to buy from us.
- Use the site lawfully only. Don't misuse it, attempt to hack it, or copy our content (text, images, videos, brand) for commercial use.
- Keep your account details accurate and your password safe.
2. Products & health information
- Metabolae is a dietary supplement, not a medicine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the FDA.
- Consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Results vary from person to person.
- Product images may look slightly different on your screen. We may change or discontinue products and limit quantities at any time.
3. Orders, prices & payment
- Placing an order is an offer to buy; it's accepted when we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, suspected fraud or a pricing error) and will refund any payment.
- Prices and offers can change without notice. Taxes and duties are your responsibility where applicable.
- Please provide accurate payment and shipping information.
4. Shipping & returns
Delivery times are estimates. Once we hand your order to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss pass to you; we'll still help you with lost or damaged parcels as described in our Refund Policy.
5. Reviews & feedback
If you send us reviews or feedback, you allow us to use them without payment. Don't post anything unlawful, offensive or that infringes others' rights.
6. Liability
The site and products are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Metabolae and its partners (including Shopify) are not liable for any injury, loss or damages arising from your use of the site or products. You agree to cover any losses we suffer from your breach of these Terms. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
7. Other terms
- Our store is hosted by Shopify. Third-party links and optional tools are used at your own risk.
- We may suspend access if these Terms are breached, and may update these Terms by posting changes here.
- If any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Metabolae is headquartered.

By providing your mobile number you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and order texts from Metabolae. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
