Shipping policy

At a glance

Processing: 1–2 business days (most weekday orders ship within 24 hours).
Delivery: about 8–14 business days after dispatch.
Cost: FREE standard shipping on orders of $80 or more (every multi-bottle bundle qualifies). Orders under $80 ship for a flat $3.99.
Tracking: every order is tracked. You'll get your tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
We ship worldwide.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. During busy periods processing may take a little longer — we'll email you if your order is affected.
Delivery times are estimates and can vary with customs and local postal services.
Some countries (e.g. Canada, Brazil) may charge import duties or taxes. These are paid by the buyer and are not included in your order total.
Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address or because it wasn't collected (pickup points hold parcels for up to 7 days), a redelivery fee of €5 or the original shipping cost, whichever is higher, may apply.
