Our 90-day money-back guarantee

Try Metabolae risk-free. You have 90 days from delivery to ask for your money back.

• Unopened products: return them sealed, in the original packaging, with your order confirmation, for a full refund.
• Opened products: not happy with your results? Get a refund with no need to send anything back, as long as you used the product as directed for at least 14 days. Valid on your first order, one refund per household. Refunds are not given for taste preference alone.

To start a return or refund, email support@metabolaee.com with your order number. Please contact us before sending anything back — returns sent without a request can't be accepted.

How refunds work

• Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days (your bank may need a few extra days).
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Free gifts and discounted post-purchase add-ons are final sale. If you return the item that earned a free gift, the gift must be returned unused too, or its value will be deducted.
• Refused deliveries are charged a 15% restocking and handling fee. If something is wrong with your delivery, please email us first — we'll sort it out.

Damaged, wrong or lost orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, or doesn't arrive within the estimated time, email support@metabolaee.com right away. For lost parcels we open a carrier investigation, then refund or replace within the 90-day window. We can't be responsible for parcels lost due to an incorrect address.

Cancellations & changes

Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of purchase. After that they enter fulfillment and can't be cancelled, but you can still use the return policy above once they arrive.

EU customers

If your order ships to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Other things to know

• Exchanges: return the original item and place a new order.
• Payment disputes: refunds can't be issued while a chargeback is open, so please contact us first — it's much faster.
